Integrated into a building of an ancestral Winery-Museum, The Talha Wine Workshop is located in the quiet and peaceful village of Vila de Frades in the heart of Alentejo, also known as the Capital of the Talha Wine.

This historic building from the 16th century, which shelters today the amphoras owned by Honrado Vineyards, was recovered and restored to its original form, and it is now a workshop where the company's natural wines are produced, differentiated by the experience and knowledge inherited from the Roman ancestors.

The Wine produced by Honrado Vineyards results from a family project between father and son. Born in a family from Vila de Frades that had wine in their blood and in their history, the Father, António, learned to produce wine in clay pots when he was still very young. He founded the Typical Restaurant País das Uvas in the early 2000s with his wife Jacinta. In 2016, his son Ruben joined the project to support his father in his dream of taking Talha Wine beyond the borders of Vila de Frades.
