Built in 1731 by the visionary Marquis Albicini, this refuge has many names: La Pandolfa, Villa degli Spiriti or House of 100 Windows.
Today it stands proudly as Noelia's House, a sanctuary of timeless elegance.

Pandolfa's agricultural vocation comes from very far away. Already at the beginning of the 1700s, honey, oil, exquisitely flavored fruits, ancient cereals, linens and hemp and certainly wine were produced here, including "Sanginese", Sangiovese. After a period of decline, today the land is alive again, ready for new sowing. 90 hectares are dedicated to agricultural production. The most important production is that of wine, but olive trees and other fruit trees are also grown, such as quinces, figs, apple trees and medlars.

Great experience because we get a tour through the estate and cellar, beautifull told by a lovely Italianen lady who did this only for 3 weeks. The meat and cheeses, olive oil and wine where delicous! Going home with many lovely wines :)
