An Inheritance
Talking about the story of Filipe Palhoça Vinhos is talking about a love story for the vineyard inherited from parents to children. It all started in 1950, when Filipe Jorge Palhoça founded this family company dedicated to wine production in the Setúbal Peninsula with its roots in a small winery belonging to his father, João Loureiro Palhoça.
Passionate about viticulture from a young age, Filipe Palhoça managed, with work and dedication, to acquire new properties and for decades he was focused on selling at the cellar door. The quality of the wines won the hearts of loyal customers, making it one of the most respected producers in the region. In 1984, the modern winery was built at Quinta da Invejosa where, in the mid-1990s, the family began bottling wine under its own brand.
