After training at the French school of Bordeaux, he returned to his homeland to bring a quality twist to the Pedro Ximénez wines of Montilla-Moriles, discovering their unique and distinctive value in vintage wines.

The wine tasting was wonderful. We went with a group of 18 girls, and everyone had a great time. The venue was beautiful, and the host was very welcoming. I would really recommend this winetasting, especially when you are looking for unique wines.
