No need for blending to make things happen. While Bordeaux tradition dictates blending grapes from different vineyard plots, Le Dôme expresses the notion of terroir in its purest sense: it's a single-plot wine. The terroir of Le Dôme has a real identity and its own personality, and we strive to showcase them. The result is a wine with a character as rare as its production.
With no space to spare, we plant our new vines, which are grafted and raised among their ancestors, right in the middle of our old vines. In this way, we preserve the DNA of previous generations while keeping the spirit of Le Dôme alive for future generations.
