Château La Rose Perrière in Lussac is one of the oldest properties in the appellation. It is for the richness of its history but also its exceptional clay-limestone terroir that Jean-Luc Sylvain, renowned cooper, fell under the spell of this atypical property and acquired it in 2003. Since 2015, his children , Claire and Rémi, joined him and united by the same passion, work together to produce wines that resemble them, authentic and rich in unparalleled know-how.
The 14 hectares of the property have been certified organic farming since July 2023. It is the realization of a philosophy anchored in practices for many years. It is essential for the team to integrate the activity into its environment.
White and red wines in various appellations are thus produced on the vineyard, with passion and precision: Lussac Saint-Emilion, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, Bordeaux Blanc or Vins de France.
With its 14 hectares and its idyllic setting, the property on a human scale is geared towards wine tourism by offering visits, workshops, guest rooms and seminars, in order to share its know-how and its passion for the region.
