Château Sansonnet, a renewal!
Ideally located a few steps from the medieval city, Château Sansonnet dominates the clay-limestone plateau of Saint-Emilion, an exceptional terroir. The vineyard extends over 7 hectares, in one piece, around the Château.
The operating buildings were completely renovated in 2023. Our wines are now vinified in a new vat room, equipped with cutting-edge technology and designed to encourage single-plot work. Aging in barrels, tuns and amphoras continues in the fully restored cellars.
To meet the expectations and curiosity of each visitor, we have imagined two different workshops.
