Coneix l'equip

Vam començar el nostre negoci el 2012, som joves i entusiastes! La filosofia de l'empresa és combinar mètodes de producció tradicionals amb mètodes innovadors, així que vam començar a experimentar una mica amb bótes mixtes (roure + acer) i amb àmfores obtenint resultats interessants amb Nebbiolo. Treballem només amb els raïms autòctons del territori: Barbera, Dolcetto, Chardonnay, Nebbiolo, Rossese Bianco i Pelaverga Piccolo.
