Buonivini is located in the heart of the Val di Noto: between the late Baroque cities of Noto and Modica, the seaside villages of Marzamemi and Portopalo di Capo Passero, the Vendicari nature reserve. The Planeta family's third step towards the discovery and valorization of Sicilian viticulture takes place in Buonivini, the historical name of the district which reveals
its centuries-old winemaking tradition. The reason that leads us to this place is Nero d'Avola, today the undisputed prince of Sicilian viticulture. The Buonivini Estate extends over gentle hills designed by the geometries of the vineyards that alternate with young almond groves and majestic carob trees. The visit to the estate leads between past and present to the discovery of the Invisible Cellar, a harmoniously integrated architectural project
in the landscape and the Palmento, the place where farmers produced wine in the past.
