Created in 2011 by a group of passionate friends, L'Encantada is a house that respects this noble product that is Armagnac.
The Encantada aims to make people discover in all humility a know-how and a history, specific to this spirit that is more than 700 years old.
Attached to the preservation of the values of this craft, Vincent, Christelle and Frédéric decided to create their
own collection of rare pearls, forgotten elixirs and exceptional pieces in order to share, taste,
but above all to transmit.
Thanks to the trust of partner producers, most of whom have not distilled for a long time,
the three friends share their love for Gascon eau-de-vie, telling a story behind each
label.
Vincent, the cellar master, makes a careful selection of each vintage. The eaux-de-vie are then
bottled raw from barrel, in order to support each identity.
To preserve the personality and authenticity of each Armagnac, the house undertakes not to modify
neither its color nor its degree of alcohol. The products are then neither filtered nor reduced.
