One of these, "Poire Manguin," has become a renowned Williams pear brandy, a true jewel of the distillery that has found its place on the most prestigious tables, both in France and abroad.
A New Chapter: The Arrival of Emmanuel and Béatrice Hanquiez
In March 2011, a new era began for the Manguin distillery. Emmanuel and Béatrice Hanquiez have taken the reins, bringing fresh energy and a spirit of innovation. They have launched a major renovation project for the site and production equipment, while maintaining Manguin's unwavering commitment to quality.
Reinventing Tradition: Manguin's Olive-Based Spirits
Since 2014, the Manguin distillery has opened a new chapter in its history by creating a range of spirits distilled from local olives: Oli'Still, Oli'Gin, Oli'Tchin, and Oli'Vodka. These creations have brought a new dimension to the world of spirits, sparking the interest of internationally renowned bartenders and chefs.
