Pago de Carraovejas marks the origin of Alma Carraovejas in 1987, when the winery was born with its first 9 hectares and the dream of becoming a benchmark within the Ribera del Duero. After thirty years of experience, quality, attention to detail, sustainability and innovation are the driving forces of the company. The scope of the winery's limits has greatly exceeded expectations in its beginnings and in the face of its exponential growth, it decides to outline new challenges in the fields of sustainability, as a criterion that should guide the company's activity; innovation, as an engine of development and progress; or wine tourism, as a way of opening the project to all its customers with transparency and honesty.
In the winery we have a program of experiences and visits to Pago de Carraovejas created with exquisite attention to every detail whose objective is not only to introduce people to our estate and facilities, but also to make our visitors enjoy an immersive experience by living for a couple of hours a day-to-day life of our winery and taking part in different stages of production of our wines.
