We wanted to open truffle farming to as many people as possible, recognizing that the secrets of this underground mushroom were well-kept. A must-do, with a very warm, passionate, and attentive hostess. A magnificent introduction to and discovery of truffles. A workshop with Yolaine and her wonderful husband, with a delicious tasting, not to mention the succulent macarons. An excellent dinner with exceptional ravioli. We would like to thank Yolaine for this wonderful weekend at the truffle farm.
