L'empresa agrícola "Ulevel in Chianti" va néixer l'octubre de 2015 de la passió de Federico i Leonardo pel món agrícola en què van créixer quan, gràcies a l'experiència dels seus pares, que han liderat l'empresa amb gran compromís i entusiasme des del 1987 amb el celler "Torraccia di Presura", decideixen gestionar de manera independent algunes hectàrees d'oliveres i vinyes. L'estret contacte amb la terra i amb les dinàmiques que regulen el treball agrícola ha contribuït a modelar el seu caràcter i mentalitat, ensenyant-los que els millors resultats i la major satisfacció només s'obtenen amb treball dur i compromís constant. Federico i Leonardo, malgrat la seva jove edat, van decidir crear una realitat agrícola i empresarial en nom de la producció d'alta qualitat i la sostenibilitat ambiental que, oferint un servei de degustació i servei dels seus productes i especialitats gastronòmiques i vinícoles escollides amb extrema cura entre els millors productes toscans, aconsegueix donar a conèixer la gastronomia i les tradicions de la seva regió.
