In 2004, Elisabeth and Pascal Glas created the Domaine de Poulvarel in Sernhac, north of the Costières de Nîmes appellation.

A family heritage cultivated for several generations, the Domaine de Poulvarel vineyard is located both on filtering soils of rolled pebbles, and on shallower and gravelly soils.

The Domaine de Poulvarel offers wines from the Costières de Nîmes and IGP Coteaux Pont du Gard. The estate is certified High Environmental Value and is in organic conversion.
