Sometimes you don't get into wine at a young age but the world of wine catches you later. Coming from very far away, it was through the kitchen where the meetings with winemakers took place in the 90s. I was a chef in my restaurant in Montpellier. I started to build strong links with winemaker friends before discovering their work and appreciating their wines. I became a winemaker in 2015 at the domain. This multi-faceted world fascinated and attracted me.

Very kind tour gide who gave us a detailed tour and explanation about the wine house. Wine tasting was also very good and after we took some bottles home. Great ecperience!
