Formerly an ecclesiastical property and summer residence of the bishops of Toulon, it has the particularity of bearing two names: Château La Tour de l'Evêque and Château La Tour Sainte Anne. The name of Sainte Anne would be that of a chapel formerly a place of pilgrimage.

Régine Sumeire ensures the continuity of the family work. She likes to say that it was her father who taught her the gestures and the care of the vine. This same father who told him that he had led a working life in harmony with his grandfather and who knew how to perfectly reproduce this model with his daughter. The passion for the vine that they both instilled in her still drives Régine to pass on her experience to her multigenerational team and to her nephew Pierre-François de Bernardi.
