During this visit, you will discover the key stages in the production of champagne. During your tour, you will be able to see bottles in the middle, that is to say, lying on wooden slats in order to have the second fermentation, or even bottles placed in desks for the riddling operation. The visit to Maison Ruinart ends with the tasting of a non-vintage champagne (Ruinart Blanc de Blancs or Rosé) and a vintage prestige champagne (Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs or Rosé).
